1. Who we are

ICT SHOP sells UK used and brand new laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, desktops and accessories in Lagos, Nigeria, with nationwide delivery. Contact: 0815 730 0909 · Stores at Igando and Computer Village, Ikeja.

2. Products & descriptions

• Product details (specs, grade, charger type, warranty) are as stated at the time of sale and on your receipt.
• UK used items are pre-owned; cosmetic wear may exist and is reflected in grading where shown.
• Catalogue / website images may be category illustrations unless we confirm real photos of that exact unit.
• Stock and prices can change without notice until payment is confirmed.

3. Orders & payment

• Orders may be placed in store, via WhatsApp/call, or through payment links we provide (e.g. Paystack).
• Accepted payments include cash, bank transfer, and card/online where offered.
• Ownership passes to you after full payment is received (or as agreed for part-payment balances).
• Part-payment / layaway balances must be cleared as agreed; unpaid balances may attract hold or cancellation per our agreement with you.

4. Pickup & delivery

• Pickup is available at our Igando and Ikeja locations during business hours.
• Nationwide delivery is arranged via logistics partners; delivery fees depend on location and are confirmed before dispatch.
• Please inspect goods on delivery/pickup. Report issues under our Return & Refund Policy.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the item is handed to you or to your chosen courier (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Warranty

Warranty periods vary by product and are stated on your receipt. Claims require your receipt and warranty code. Check status at warranty.php. Warranty covers manufacturing/hardware faults under normal use; it does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, theft, software issues, or third-party repairs. ICT SHOP may repair, replace, or refund at its discretion within warranty.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Please read it before purchase.

7. Website & content

• Content on ictshop.com.ng is for information and shopping convenience. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• You may not misuse the site (scraping, attacking, or impersonating ICT SHOP).
• Receipt verification and warranty lookup tools are for genuine customers; misuse may be blocked.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Nigerian law, ICT SHOP is not liable for indirect losses (lost data, business interruption, etc.) arising from product use or website use. Our responsibility for a product claim is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as set out in warranty and returns policies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes should first be raised with us on WhatsApp/call so we can resolve them amicably.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one. Continued purchases after updates mean you accept the updated terms.
